After making a beat in the morning of February the 1st, I realized it was J Dilla month, and decided to spontaneously take on the challenge of making a beat-a-day for the legendary hip hop producer, J Dilla, the godfather of Boom Bap.
These beats are not J Dilla covers, samples, or mixes, and my beats were not necessarily constructed in a "J Dilla Style." I just simply wanted to take on this challenge of 28 beats in 28 days because J Dilla inspired me through his beats to be myself.

All Proceeds from this dayfadefordilla project will be donated by Dayfade to the J Dilla Foundation to help fund inner-city music programs, and provide scholarships to students attending schools that have progressive music curricula.
